during my short vacation in thailand, i rented a room in this condo. it was fine throughout my stay here, with no issues because the staff was helpful and attentive. my room is a one-bedroom unit. it's well-proportioned with complete and durable furniture. the design of it is so classy and modern. plus, i can enjoy the fantastic sea view from the room, which is great. the location is great as it's super convenient to get around, and it's close to many tourist attractions such as jomtien beach, mimosa pattaya, pattaya floating market, and nong nooch garden. also, it's near the main road.

the atmosphere is serene and perfect for relaxation. the condominium is a brand-new project with a small building and only a few units. my room is a one-bedroom suite with plenty of space on the inside, and it also has a variety of fully furnished furniture. there is also a mini kitchen corner in the room, which can cook for an easy meal. there are also various facilities available, such as a swimming pool and a playground. plus, the location is excellent within a few walking distances to ban amphur beach, a quiet beach with not many tourists, so that i can relax there every day.

my friend and i rent a 2 bedroom unit here as the living space is perfect for us, and the condo is located close to many amenities, and it is very easy to get around. it is also not far from shops, shopping centers, and restaurants. very convenient, easy to find food. in addition, there are also many facilities within the project, such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a strict security system. i don't have to worry. i am very impressed with my stay here.

my family and i stayed at this pool villa last week, and it was very nice. the staff was so attentive and friendly. plus, the foot massage is excellent. i recommend it after a long day of walking and having a massage. our villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. everything is very well decorated. even though the villa was built a long time ago, it doesn't look old at all. the bed is soft, has a nice ac, and has a clean pool. there is no complaint. most importantly, it's near the beach near many attractions, like jomtien beach, tawanron beach, and pattaya floating market.

this is a large 2-story pool villa with 4 bedrooms, ideal for a large family. the villa is decorated with good furniture. there is a pleasant atmosphere, quiet, and a private swimming pool where you can relax and enjoy yourself at any time. in addition, tawanron beach and ban amphur beach are only a few minutes away by car. the villa is in a fantastic location because it is close to sukhumvit road.

i visited pattyay on vacation and stayed in a 2-bedroom unit with a spacious area, offering stunning sea views. the location is conveniently located with easy access to every destination because there are song thew services available. also, it is close to several tourist attractions, delicious restaurants, and convenience stores that well facilitate even at night. there are also many entertainment venues available at night, allowing you to chill or listen to music. the condo includes various facilities, such as a vast outdoor pool and a fully-equipped gym, where many residents regularly use the services. therefore, staying here makes me happy. the rate is also reasonable compared to the incredible scenery, and the staff is friendly with impressive services.

i'm a british woman who is so in love with thailand, and i want to spend my time after retirement here, so i had been looking for an affordable beachfront condo with convenient transportation. most importantly, i love the sea, so the condo must be beachfront. when i found this condo, i would say that this place makes my dream come true. i have bought three bedrooms with a spacious unit area that is enough for my family. as the condo is a bit old but well-maintained, it's new and more beautiful than i expected. plus, this place is so private, especially on weekdays. though, during the weekend, i found it a bit crowded as this place is open for daily and monthly rental. there is an extra-large swimming pool by the beach and a well-landscaped garden where i usually relax. i'm not disappointed in choosing this condo as a vacation home.
