as my family and i live in nirvana beyond rama 9, i know that this affiliate project is quality at a reasonable price, so i decided to buy a house in the same project in pattaya without hesitation. as always, this project didn't disappoint me, so i want to review it for those who are interested. in house type, the project has only one option: a 3-story house with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a spacious house with modern style. from the door, you can open out to the swimming pool. by the way, this place is close to na jomtien beach. the atmosphere is, therefore, tranquil and suitable for relaxation. yet, it is not far from pattaya in which driving to central pattaya or walking street comfortably. anyone interested has to hurry because as far as i know, there are only 20 houses in the project !!

my family and i spent a vacation in pattaya and stayed here for a month. the reason i stayed here is because it is a beach-access condo with a pleasant atmosphere. it is a high-rise condo, and my room is on the 19 floors, with 3 bedrooms offering a stunning view. my wife loves it so much because no other buildings obscure the scenery. i enjoy sitting on the balcony because it is relaxing and allows me to breathe fresh air. as for the location, it sits in a prime location with easy access everywhere because it connects to the main road where many buses run all the time. for me, i rented a car to go on my vacation as it is more convenient. the common area is also complete with a full range of facilities such as a communal pool, a tennis court, and a gym that i enjoy because i love exercising, especially playing tennis. besides, the management here is excellent as the light in the bathroom didn't work, and i informed the receptionist to get it repaired. it finally got fixed very quickly.

this condo is close to bangkok, making for a quick and convenient journey. i enjoy the tranquil atmosphere here because it fits my relaxation and my family needs. aside from a pleasant atmosphere, the project is perfect, with elegant designs, a stunning sea view, a spacious and fully furnished unit, and comprehensive facilities such as a swimming pool, sauna, fitness center, and lounge. surprisingly, the project prioritizes security, with cctv installed throughout the project to ensure residents' comfort. the only issue is that there isn't enough parking, especially during the holidays. the surrounding area is densely packed with shops, restaurants, shopping centers, and readily available food; 7-eleven, tukcom, jomtien circle, and so on. it is perfect and recommended for those who love high purchasing power to buy it for a holiday home or buy for future speculative sales.

honestly, say that the price of this condo is quite high. but if you decide to buy and stay like, we will know that it is worth every penny, starting from the room itself. the room we are in is a one-bedroom room (corner room), divided into a bedroom and a living room. inside the bedroom, there are two air conditioners. for the living room and bedroom, the proportions are considered quite good. equipment and appliances are complete. you can say that you can drag your luggage in. there is also a restaurant inside the project, and the food tastes quite okay. the only disadvantage is that the parking lot is quite limited. fear that in the future may not be sufficient for the number of residents. the location is also good, close to a golf course and department stores. plus, driving to bangkok takes only about an hour, considered very convenient.
