i like it very much, very comfortable! the atmosphere is pleasant, next to the pool, near the market, and next to the convenience store. my friends and i have stayed 2-3 times, and the rooms are clean and impressive. the service is very good, but a little disadvantage is that the accommodation is located in the alley. if you do not have your own car, you will not be comfortable traveling. however, i still like this place because it is clean and shady with free parking. plus, it has a beautiful swimming pool with 24 hours security guards. it is an affordable residence that everyone would try to stay in.

i rented this place for a few months, and i would say that i never want to leave. the room i stayed in is a spacious one-bedroom with furniture, including a tv, a refrigerator, and a microwave. also, it comes with a fully-equipped kitchen that allows me to cook at home. i often went to the supermarket to buy ingredients, which was very convenient. the balcony is large enough for me to chill out and have beers. as i stayed on the second floor, sometimes the noise from the swimming pool bothered me, but i got used to it quickly. when i wanted to concentrate on something, i just closed the window so that i couldn’t hear it. another highlight of this place is the location. it is a short walk to jomtien beach, which is very convenient. i usually went to sunbathe there and saw people passing by as it’s a crowded beach. it may not be suitable for people who love peace. for me, i’m okay with that as i think it was a good chance to learn about different cultures. there are restaurants and a 7-11 convenience store near the condo where it takes only 5 mins to walk. it is very convenient for those who have that same lifestyle as me.

it's a beautiful condo. i've rented it with a 1-bedroom unit. there are complete facilities, such as the swimming pool, and relaxing spots by the pool where you can spend your leisure time. the condo is located in a good location, close to jomtien beach, only 2 minutes to reach there. the overall atmosphere is also calm and uncrowded. it is also easily accessible due to its proximity to the main road, which connects to a variety of destinations such as shopping malls, shops, restaurants, convenience stores, hospitals, markets, and so on. in general, it is well worth the money because the staff and neighbors are friendly. i feel at ease while staying here. also, the rate is reasonable since it is close to the beach.

the 1-bedroom unit i rented is fully furnished and in good condition. if i walk to the balcony, i can get a pool and a street view, but it can be noisy as cars always pass by. not a big deal for me, though, because the rental price is reasonable. also, from the condo, you can walk to jomtien beach easily, just 5 minutes.
