the best thing about this building, is maybe the huge pool located in the middle of the city. walking you can go literally everywhere in hua hin, the beach, shopping mall, night market, railway station it is uniquely located in the middle of all attractions. also it is new and the facilities are top notch. the personnel is friendly and helpful. it is an amazing place!

i reserved one of the units here recently as it's an interesting vacation condo on hua hin beach. also, it's not far from bangkok, only 3-hour driving, so the place is perfect as a vacation home. the highlight of this place is that the service is the same as the intercontinental hotel, a famous five-star hotel chain. i used to stay in this hotel in phuket, and i'm quite impressed by the service, which is another reason i chose it here. the condo comes with a swimming pool, a gym, a spa, and a large garden that makes the project's atmosphere look very relaxing. the units are spacious, ranging from 1 bedroom to 4 bedrooms, including duplex rooms and penthouses. my unit is a one-bedroom type for my wife and me. there is also some furniture, but you may need to purchase some more. in terms of price, i think it is quite high compared to the quality of living. with a service comparable to a five-star hotel, i think it's very worthwhile.

i am looking for a second home or a vacation house that can act as my shelter from bangkok's hustle. it shouldn't be far and safe for living alone, and i don't pay much attention to the view. i visited this condo, and it's recently built and affordable, without a sea view. the location is good; you can walk to the beach, yet it's still in the town where you can find food at the night market. this condo is new and not very high, with many facilities available such as a pool, a gym, a jacuzzi, a big garden. i live in a 1-bedroom unit, about 40 sq.m. it's beautiful and furnished. i love that they separated the kitchen area from the bedroom and the living room with the wall. parking seems to be a problem here. it's not enough, but if you don't stay here on a long weekend, it's still possible to find one.
