i like the common condo facilities of this condo because i love doing spa treatment and saunas regularly. life is so convenient for me as i didn't have to go out to take outside services. i can take leisure on my vacation happily. the location is also okay, close to the convenience stores, restaurants, and not far from the office and chiang mai international airport. it makes my journey easier. i have stayed here for a while. it is a nice atmosphere, lovely staff, and an excellent security system. the room was spacious, nicely decorated with furniture. all living areas are perfectly in zones, not cluttered. life is so convenient. in general, it is suitable for room prices.

although i've been here for almost a year, i have never found any serious problems. nice location in the downtown and close to the night plaza, yet the site is private and quiet. the room has 2 bedrooms which are wide and fully-furnished. the project also has additional services such as a maid and laundry, super convenient!

it is a modern low-rise condo conveniently located within easy travel distance. the project site includes a large and beautiful design swimming pool. the common area and 24-hour security system give a feeling of security. the room i rented was 2 bedrooms, which is the perfect size for couples. it is very worthwhile. my friends and i are impressed here.

the condo location is convenient because it is located in the center of the city. however, if you want to go somewhere, it's better to use a private car because the bus fare is sometimes too expensive. the condo is only 8 floors high, with not many rooms, so it is not too crowded. i live in a 2 bedroom room with my boyfriend. i think it's too big for us. anyway, it's good to have a large area for friends to hang out or organize parties. the staff here are friendly and helpful. the disadvantage is that wi-fi is not available sometimes, so i have to buy personal internet instead !!

the location of the condo is great, located in the center of the city on chang khlan road, opposite krung thai bank and close to the shangri-la hotel, which is quite private, not crowded with people. near the night bazaar and nimman road, the project neighborhood has many famous restaurants. the exterior still looks new and clean. the room is spacious. there is a large kitchen corner, a refrigerator, and a microwave oven suitable for cooking. the decoration is luxurious with a blend of lanna styles and wooden materials. there is a small balcony. from the room, you can see a pool view; and common areas are fully equipped with parking, wi-fi, the rooftop garden, a resting area, and a swimming pool to chill out and get a cool breeze. the project also has a reception that welcomes and solves problems quite quickly. unfortunately, the condo is not pet-friendly. now, i can only have a fish in a cute aquarium tank.

i had to travel away from home in phuket to work in chiang mai, so i had to find a place to live alone, and i decided to rent a 1-bedroom condo here in which the room is not too spacious or too small, just right for one person like me. i like the location near all amenities, convenient to travel and go shopping for just a few minutes. however, there will be insufficient parking spaces, but i use the taxi service anyway. it is considered convenient, no need to grab the parking space with anyone. i love the swimming pool here; the atmosphere is pleasant and shady because it's under big trees, but i'm not sure what the tree they call it. anyone who likes to swim but doesn't like the sun will be delighted. the surrounding condo is complete with many kinds of trees, just like in the forest; i love it here! wherever you look, it is green and comfortable. also, there is a daily rental service. it is suitable for anyone who travels to chiang mai to experience the cold wind during various festivals, and i recommend it so you won't be disappointed. the price is not high as well.
