the rental rates here are reasonable. the interior is also fully equipped, with a kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. most importantly, the space remains quite large. there is also a swimming pool, a gym, and parking spaces in the common area. overall, it's spotless because it is available on a daily and monthly rental basis. also, most of the tenants staying are thais. plus, there are numerous shops and restaurants to choose from in this neighborhood. if you don't want to stay in the city, here's another attractive option.

i bought a deluxe room when the project was launched. at first, i planned to rent it out, but finally, i decided to stay. i really like the room. the atmosphere of this project is calm and trendy. the room is quite large. there is a full set of built-in furniture as well as high-quality materials. the staff is pleasant and polite and the location is fantastic. it is convenient to go around because it is on the main road near the ruamchok intersection. and the price is worth it. many people have made an offer to buy it, but i do not wish to sell it.

it is my first home. the main reason why i decided to buy a 3-bedroom house here is because of modern interior design and well divided into proportions with high ceilings that make it easy to ventilate. the general atmosphere in the village is shady as there is a garden around the project area. the facilities are complete, such as a swimming pool, sauna, and gym. in addition, the project is located on the outer ring road. it makes commuting to the city to my office easy. most importantly, there are shops, restaurants and tesco lotus nearby which make my life comfortable.

the village is fabulous and spacious. the neighbors are also and friendly. there is a clubhouse, a swimming pool, and a wide communal road. in addition, the security guard works very well to take care of us. i'm very impressed as this is the right project to buy. good location - easy access to chiang mai airport within 30 minutes.

this house is very near markets, shops, and a golf course. it overlooks the beautiful views of mountains and is well designed, compatible with a beautiful environment. my house has 3 bedrooms and a spacious area for keeping pets. it's really worth the price. in addition, the neighbors are very friendly, kind, and help each other. overall, it's a pleasant place to live, suitable for unwinding. i recommend this place to everyone.
