a new 3-4 bedrooms detached house project was newly completed a few years ago. i really like the nordic style, which is very natural. the living area is spacious and divided into good proportions. most importantly, there is also an air purification system that ensures fresh air circulates in the house all the time. besides, there is also a shady park full of trees, a swimming pool, and a fitness center to serve the residents. the location is convenient as it is near shops, restaurants, mae jo market, and maejo university. it is also close to chiang mai-phrao road, making the journey very flexible and comfortable.

since i moved here, my family and i are happy every day. our house is a single-detached house with 2 stories, three bedrooms, decorated like other typical houses. it's painted with a bright color to make the entire space look wider and comfortable. with the large lake in the project, the atmosphere seems much nicer. the facilities in the project also include a swimming pool and clubhouse, which is so convenient. besides, you can report any damage to your house online for repair service. there was a time that my sink was broken; it was notified and fixed within one day. shame that the location is quite far from the city. it takes half an hour to drive. for us, it's acceptable. overall, i'm satisfied with this place.

i had been in phuket before i moved to chaing mai. the atmosphere is absolutely different. the ornsirin 11 village is very quiet and private. plus, the weather is perfect, and the safety is very high. also, it has a swimming pool, a gym, and a playground for the residents as well. the house here has 3-4 bedrooms depending on the size of the family. the house is spacious in modern design. the materials are standard from leading brands. although it's a bit far from the city, it's still convenient to travel. recommended!!

it's a 2-story house with 3-4 bedrooms. the house is well designed and looks modern. the facilities are complete with a swimming pool, fitness center, a garden, clubhouse, online maintenance service, and an excellent security system. the project atmosphere is shady, calm, and liveable. i can also enjoy the mountainous view. it's close to many government offices such as mae jo university, mae jo city municipality, research center, and others.

if my family likes it, i am okay with the 2-story detached house that my thai wife and i bought at the ornsirin 11 in san sai, chiang mai. everyone is happy and loves home decor. the project facilities are very premium, such as a clubhouse, a fitness room, a communal pool, and a playground, matching the needs of a large family like me. moreover, the house offers a large area, which is enough for my children to play around. besides, the neighbors are good. wonderful! the atmosphere around the project is great and suitable for living. the project is close to major tourist attractions in chiang mai and easily accessible because the project is close to the main road and connects with many routes.

this house is an expansive resort-style detached house. the house features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 parking spaces in front of the house. the trees around the house give a nice shade and provide a relaxing atmosphere. the house is divided into 2 floors. the master bedroom is decorated with large mirrors. the view around the house is very beautiful. the living space is well proportioned and family-oriented. apart from a spacious area in the house, there are common areas like the clubhouse, the swimming pool, the fitness center and the garden area for evening exercise. although it is far from chiang mai city, it is surrounded by all-around amenities such as convenience stores and markets. i'm very satisfied with this place.

this quality house is lovely and modern in a simple color. it is incredibly livable. the house is also very spacious, the perfect size for me, and decorated with durable luxury furniture. recommend for anyone who loves privacy because its fence surrounds each house. the neighbors are friendly, but we do not speak very often. there are many excellent facilities such as a swimming pool, a parking lot, and a 24-hour security system. besides, this project is in a prosperous area, takes only 6 minutes to reach mae jo market and 12 minutes to sansai hospital. perfect for me!

i saw the project since the very beginning of the project, and the project's plot size is extensive for 600 houses. each of which is not adjacent to each other. house types range from 3-5 bedrooms. the construction of the houses is delicate with durable materials. the houses vary in size. the price is affordable, so anyone can buy it. it didn't come with a furniture package. great location embraced by mountains. the view and atmosphere are magnificent. it is also close to 7-11, tesco lotus, mae jo university, many markets, and restaurants.
