i have visited many pet friendly condos but none reaches the level of ideo morph 38 + ashton morph 38 (same complex, different buildings). ideo morph 38 offers a wide range of duplex in its 8 floors. the building is well managed and with high standards of security. the swimming pool is beautiful and the coworking is amazing. nice pet policy (strict one) that guarantees that it is nice to have a dog or a cat here. some other buildings are flexible policy (meaning: no rules at all). but here is not the case.

the location is ideal for living & working in bangkok. the building has everything including 7/11 and more retail. the juristic management do a great job at keeping the building looking good. i lived in a couple of different units over 4 years in the building and have been recommending to anyone looking for a condo that provides the best bangkok offers.

i have the opportunity to visit the project's mock-up room. i must say that i am so impressed. the building is beautiful, elegant, and modern. it comes with complete furniture in the common area, so there is no need to get anywhere. what i like the most is the parking area, which has over 300 cars and a supercar parking zone. there's also an ev charger, so it's very responsive. the condo is located in the city center, on sukhumvit road, only 400 meters from the thonglor bts station, and surrounded by amenities that are within walking distance. prices are a little high. however, when you consider the benefits you will receive in the future, it is a very worthwhile investment.

the first time i saw an advertisement for the project, it attracted my interest. it has a lovely design and an elegant decoration. every construction material is meticulously selected. each piece of furniture has been carefully chosen. the common area here is quite large, and there are numerous facilities to choose from, including the swimming pool, a fitness center, a garden, a lounge, and a large parking garage. my room is a two-bedroom suite with plenty of space. there are also fully equipped areas for various functions. the location of this property is perfect, right in the heart of soi thong lo. the shops, famous restaurants, and bars are also nearby, which perfectly meets my needs. for a long time, i was worried about the location and price. but i eventually bought it. it's worth it.

the condo here is divided into 2 buildings. the building that i stayed in has 36 floors. the pool area is large and clean, adjoining with a shady garden and small patio. i never feel disappointed with this at all in both services and facilities. there are several special services that the staff will assist you with 24 hours; everything is perfect, the lobby area is spacious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. the interior includes an open kitchen area. also, there is a storage shelf equipped with an excellent quality infrared stove. besides, there are various furniture installed and ready to move in. the most perfect is that it is used as a home automation system. i can control everything through a mobile phone. it is such a fantastic system and an excellent application of technology projects. it's awesome. however, it was difficult for me when i first moved in, and now i'm getting used to this area. walking to thonglor bts station is only 10 minutes, and able to connect to various places easily. if you don't want to take the bts skytrains, we can also use the project's shuttle bus service. the project's entrance is surrounded by many convenience stores along the way, where it is full of shopping malls and famous restaurants. great location! i think it is suitable for people working in the central city.
