the project is located in a prime location, near all prosperities such as lumpini park, famous hospitals, and universities a few hundred meters away. restaurants and street food surround the project. the project atmosphere is tranquil. the design is astonishing with white color. the 1-bedroom unit is 70 sqm wide, which is quite large compared to other projects. there is a full set of quality furniture. there is a full set of quality furniture. unfortunately, the lobby has a low ceiling and makes me feel uncomfortable.

the condo is in the lumpini area, where it is surrounded by shopping centers and convenience stores. it is very well equipped which meets my needs very much. as for the room i rented, the 2 bedrooms unit is fully furnished with an excellent proportion with privacy. the kitchen area is equipped with quality equipment, including a kitchen counter with usable space in every square inch. besides, the journey is convenient; just a few minutes walking from the project to silom mrt, you can connect everywhere. really comfortable!

this condo is in the city center near lumpini park, and the skytrain station, making it easy to travel anywhere. i think the price is high, but it's understandable because of its location in a prime location. the room i stayed in is a spacious duplex. the layout is divided and designed in a classy, elegant style. sometimes, i found that the wi-fi in the lobby area often dropped, so i had to use my personal hotspot. other than that, everything is fine.

my husband and i rented this condo last year. at first, i hesitated because grand langsuan was an old condo. even though it is close to famous malls like central world, central embassy, and central chidlom, i was afraid that the place might be uncomfortable and dirty. after we viewed the actual room, i decided to rent it immediately because the interior is updated continuously with excellent cleanliness. also, you get a larger room than other new condos. i chose to rent a room with two bedrooms, which is 100 square meters. it's more than enough for a family, and it makes me feel like a real home, not just a room or condo.

the nice view from our room is lumpini park with a spacious living area; all my friends love it and always said the same thing that the room is elegantly decorated, which is impressive since the beautiful lobby. our room gets a good windy, comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. nice location, close to ratchadamri bts station, chit lom bts station, and shopping malls. very convenient !!
