great condo. it is very convenient to travel by victory monument bts. i am very impressed with this condo because i believe that living here is like upgrading my lifestyle. apart from convenient transportation, this condo has the technology to make my life easier, such as an automatic parking system. i also like the sunken seat, my favorite reading corner that i often go to sit there every weekend. my 1 bedroom unit is beautifully designed. this place also has a good security system. i feel very comfortable staying here.

despite the fact that the building is quite old, the overall atmosphere is excellent. the location is fantastic, located in the city center, providing easy access by private cars and public transportation. the victory monument bts is also a short distance away. there are both motorcycles and taxis in front of the project. it takes less than 5 minutes to get to siam paragon and central world. the project has complete facilities, such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, parking, and a garden. the staff also serves excellent service. it is worthwhile compared to the rental rate and quality.

the room in the condo that i rented is pretty big, suitable for 1 - 2 people. it has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom room with a fully equipped kitchen and is well decorated with nice furniture. there is a large tv in the living room. this place is perfect for me as it has everything i need. most importantly, this project also provides many good facilities such as a pool, sauna, steam rooms for men and women, and a security guard on duty 24 hours a day. i am probably impressed with the location of this project because it is very easy to get to local restaurants, and easy to go for food. it is also close to convenience stores and shopping malls such as century city mall, a big mall in the monument area. it is very convenient as it is only 130 meters from the victory monument bts station.

i love it here so much! the condo site is in a prime location, close to the victory monument, providing easy access to everywhere, which takes a short time. it only takes 700 meters to walk to the victory monument bts. the surrounding area is neighbored by communities, including shops, restaurants, and shopping malls which are very convenient. the room i rented is a fully furnished 1 bedroom condo, with 32 sq.m. wide, overlooking a beautiful city view. the staff serves their excellent services and are helpful. the common area is ideal for relaxing, consisting of the swimming pool, gym, and others. the room used key card access to control the safety. also, security guards are on duty for 24 hours. in general, i feel alright with this condo, and the rental cost is also reasonable.

my 1 bedroom unit is beautifully decorated and has a private atmosphere. the common area also has all the amenities, but unfortunately, the swimming pool is on the 2nd floor, so the view isn't as lovely as it could be. this condo welcomes pets, and there is a pet yard on the rooftop where i often walk my dog. the project is situated in an ideal location, close to century mall. it is also close to victory monument bts, making travel easy.

i just worked for five years and saved enough money to buy a two-bedroom condo with a unit area of about 50 square meters. probably. it's a new condo that was just completed in december 2009. the cost of living alone or with a partner is not incredibly expensive. however, it is not ideal for living with a large family because it may be too cramped. the location is also considered to be convenient, as it is close to skytrain stations and only a few minutes away. it is easily and comfortably accessible to all places without regard for traffic congestion. the project facilities are the same as in other condos, and the pool is too small in comparison to the total units (nearly 300). the gym is small and has limited exercise equipment. actually, the condo here is considered old, but it has been meticulously maintained, and it seems new. the overall condition is good. however, i would like anyone to consider this condo, which is located in the heart of the city and is easily accessible for traveling, rather than focusing on the condo condition.
