Worth for investment in a prime location of Bangkok

From the investor's view, I think Muniq 23 is an interesting condominium in the Asoke area, a CBD area of Bangkok. You can say the location is just premium. The highlight of this project is its architecture, both exterior and interior. From the outside, you will see the building designed in different tiers from the well-known designer. I think the concept is to respond to the lifestyles of urban people nowadays. The condo is stunning and modern, plus, the common areas look so inviting with large greenery space, a pool with a sky view, and a gym. More than that, there is a private theater for the residents to spend time together. The condo's rooftop has a panorama lounge where the residents can enjoy the endless view and the bar.
The room I went for inspection was 69 sq.m. It was decorated luxuriously with the warm-tone color. In the bedroom, there is a floor-to-ceiling window at the corner so you can enjoy the view from your bed and get natural light. The kitchen is decorated with marble, so it looks so clean and elegant.
The location is convenient for private and public vehicles. You can easily access BTS and MRT. The neighborhood is also wealthy for living with facilities such as restaurants, offices, the Interchange 21 building, and shopping malls like Terminal 21. After visiting the project, I can say that it's worth investing, although it's a bit pricey. It will give you a good return in the future.
