I bought a unit here because its located in a prime location for a acceptable price, walking distance from Sukhumvit road or Onnut area. The condo is behind T77 district and is part of Bangkok's largest expat community. The W market is just at the end of the soi and all restaurants offer "value for money" deals. Phra Khanong is growing into a mi of local and international restaurants. The condo itself has the right price per sqm compared to any other new development in the area. The unit comes fully furnished. Because Phra Khanong/Onnut has a high influx of people, the occupancy rates for rentals are high!

Lucky me! I bought this condo in the presale session to book the unit with the pool and garden. The common area is filled with green space like a small oasis in the project. We will see if the project will be decorated as the picture has claimed. My room is 1-BDR, which is pretty cramped to place a king-size bed. It comes with built-in furniture. The materials used in a showroom are pretty good and luxurious. The room is not very wide, with a close-plan kitchen, suitable for living alone. It's also worthwhile for investment. You can still make some profit from renting it out because of its location in Sukhumvit. Hopefully, it will be completed soon.

One of the best projects not far from the Sukhumvit area, located in the Phra Khanong area. The project is surrounded by various amenities, including restaurants, convenience stores, fresh markets, and close to Phra Khanong BTS station. It's also easily accessible to the town. The project site has a good atmosphere, not like staying in the city at all as many trees and lush green areas surrounding. The overall atmosphere is pleasant, and the room is beautiful and fully furnished. The price is also affordable, not so expensive. You can either buy to live or rent it out; it's also worthwhile because many foreigners live here. Worth the price paid !!
