A perfect location close to Thailand Cultural Centre MRT. I like this place as it has a small number of units on each floor, privacy and not being crowded. The ozone swimming pool system will preserve the skin and is decorated with cute swan sculptures. The gym is so large here! Each area in the room is quite spacious, divided into perfect proportions. I just feel the balcony is too small for a 2 bedroom unit. Moreover, this place is very close to The Esplanade and Train Night Market Ratchada. It's super convenient.
Not crowded feels like staying at home, not a condominium.

The condo has a nice atmosphere. There is a high-security system with security guards who are always taking care of them all the time. The condo management is standard and quiet. The swimming pool is spacious and clean. There is also a parking building. The room that I live in is a 2 bedroom type suitable for our small family. Traveling to different places is not difficult. But without a private car, you can use the Thailand Cultural Centre MRT everywhere easier!!

The project is opposite the office, very comfortable as it's just across the road. The condo is in a convenient location in the Ratchada area, near the Cultural Center and the Ratchada Train Night Market. It is clean and has a 24-hour security guard. The one-bedroom unit area is approximately 40 square meters wide, with a kitchen, bedroom, and en-suite bathroom. The common areas are fully equipped, such as a swimming pool, fitness center, and playground. If you are a resident here, you can use them for free. most of the neighbors are working-aged residents and foreigners.

I am one who likes the western decoration style. First of all, I have bought Supalai Condominium for two years. I live with my family of 3 people, my husband, and I and children. One of the reasons I chose the Supalai Wellington Condominium is because it is close to my daughter's school. I don't have to drive so far because school is only 1.5 kilometers away from the condominium. We can take the time to do other things comfortably.
The decoration is elegant and complete with amenities in the room. Even the common area is perfect, such as a swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, library, and more. Someday, if I am bored to drive a car, I will use public transportation such as the National Cultural Center MRT. It is very close to my condo. Going to a department store is also convenient. For example, Robinson Department Store (Ratchada), only 1.2 kilometers away, about 5 minutes' drive to the mall. The room is beautifully decorated. There is orderly zoning of the usable area.
