Good to know about Jomtien Beach This property is situated on Jomtien Beach (one of the longest and most beautiful beach of Thailand) at only 1h15 from Bangkok International Airport of Suvarnabhumi, 30mn of U-Tapao International airport and 1h30 from Bangkok. It is also near the industrial estates of Rayong and Laem Chabang. It will be a stop on the Eastern High Speed Route train (Don Muang to U-Tapao airports Line) Jomtien is next to Pattaya and offers staff all facilities of a beach resort and of a big city (swimming, all type of sports and seaside sports, excursions in the islands or in the mountains, leisure, shopping malls, restaurants, night clubs, schools, universities, clinics, hospitals, etc.). It is on the taxis route. For ridiculous prices you can go anywhere day and night.  THE CONDOMINIUMJomtien Beach Paradise Condominium has been built around 1997. As such it is a sound and strong building, probably better than the new ones in size (most single units are 54 sqm) and quality (thickness of floors and poles). Its management is sound and keeps the building in satisfactory condition (piping, lifts, outside paintings, etc.).     Cheap condo, the location near the beach

    It is an affordable price where we stayed for many days. The room rate is so worth it. Its location is surrounded by beaches and restaurants. The room is clean, overlooking Pattaya Bay view wonderfully. The balcony is also large and suitable for gaining fresh air. The receptionists serve excellent services, and the common site is clean, including a large swimming pool. In general, it is worth the price paid.

    Excellent location. There is a direct walkway to Jomtien beach with a quiet and livable atmosphere. In the past, it used to be a luxurious building before, but it's getting old now. My room has a 1-bedroom, but the furniture is outdated. There is a huge swimming pool and table tennis as well. Professional staff, it's excellent!
    The condo is pretty dated but still well-maintained. It's suitable for vacation.

    I need to relocate to Pattaya. All I wanted is a 1-bedroom unit with a wonderful view as I am staying on my own. Luckily, I found this condo. Although it is a bit dated, it's well-maintained. Plus, the view is beautiful as my room is on the 6th floor overlooking the pool. There are complete facilities like a large swimming pool and gym with basic equipment suitable for the residents. Travelling is super convenient since it's next to the main road near minibus stops. Most importantly, it's not far from leading department stores such as Central Festival Pattaya Beach and convenience stores and restaurants, making a living much more convenient.
